Elizabeth Gillies

Gillies started her career in the field of acting aged 12 after which she began going to open castings held in local theaters. The actress soon started appearing in commercials for firms such as Virgin Mobile. Gillies was the first actress to be featured on TV. performance as a recurring character in three episodes of The Black Donnellys. The parents of her did not permit her to see the full series because they felt it wasn't appropriate. The year 2008 was a busy one for her, she played small roles in the musical The Clique, Harold, and Locker 514. At the end of summer, Ariana, who would later star in Victorious alongside her, was cast with her as Lucy for the Goodspeed production from Jason Robert Brown's 13 musical. After that, 13 made the move to Broadway, which made it an unprecedented Broadway production to have the entire cast and orchestra comprised of teens. She received the two big numbers "Opportunity" as well as "It It's Not True" in addition to smaller roles of other numbers, like the "title song, "Hey Kendra" and "Getting Ready".
